Every Monday morning during 1st hour, each class participates against one another in various teambuilding competitions.  A trophy is awarded to the winning class for that week.  Each class is also awarded stars based on what place they take and a cumulative total is posted every week.  1st place gets 5 stars and 5th place gets 1 star. The class that has the most stars at the end of the semester will get an incentive reward. 

Internet Search- February 12th

Finally the first Monday Morning Challenge of the new semester.  The challenge was to use the internet to find the answers to a set amount of questions in different categories.  The class that finished the fastest and with the fewest mistakes would be the winner.  The key was that only three computers could be used per classroom.  Communication and trust with class members was very important in this challenge.
